How long will shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all items within 2–4 days of receiving your confirmed order. Every parcel is sent with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48h service, and tracking details will be added to your purchase page as soon as your item is on its way.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes! Dispatch times remain the same (2–4 days), but international shipping can take up to 14 days depending on the destination. Contact us today

Do you accept returns?
Non-personalised items: Yes, we can accept returns.
Personalised items: If an item hasn’t been made according to your chosen options (e.g. you selected red and we sent blue), we’ll put it right. If the item has been created exactly as ordered, unfortunately, we can’t accept a return.

What’s the largest item you can print?
We can print small and medium-sized objects in-house, and for oversized projects, we’re able to produce them in sections and assemble them seamlessly. Get in touch to discuss your project.
